Dennis Bruneau

Founder & President,
Sun Lodge Farms

Dennis is the visionary behind Sun Lodge Farms. He is experienced as a General Building Contractor with 40 years in the construction industry,  doing renovations and restorations, as well as developing residential properties.

Sharron Bruneau

Executive Assistant,
Sun Lodge Farms

Sharron was the Executive Assistant to the President of a Major Corporation until she retired in 2008. She brings over 35 years of experience to Sun Lodge Farms and will assist with all aspects of  administration and management.

Janet Royko

Janet was educated in Biology, Psychology, Landscape Architecture, Education and Midwifery. She has owned a health food store and has gardened since she was a child. She has experience in non-profit societies, as well as grant writing.

Ben Bruneau

Construction & Development Consultant

Ben is the owner/operator of Lone Star Construction. He has 40 years experience in the construction industry and has run major development projects throughout the Kootenays. Lone Star also operates a carpenter apprenticeship program.

Cameron Gordon

Marketing & Media Design Consultant, Advisor

Cameron has been helping people to present their unique ideas since 1988. He specializes in presentation design, training and development, web-related marketing, public speaking and cloud-based application development. He taught Theatre to people with special needs for 2 years.

Sherry Gordon

Event Coordinator and Interior Design Consultant

Sherry is a graduate of the Interior Design Institute and has over 20 years of residential construction and interior design experience. She has a keen eye for detail, colour, and esthetics. She will also be coordinating events at Sun Lodge Farms.

Lisa Mang

Advisory Team Member

Lisa is a local resident with a keen interest in her community's development. Alongside her husband Dave, she is the principal administrator for Dave's Plumbing Ltd. and has 17 years experience as a ceramic tile installer.

Eric Waterfield

Advisory team Member

Eric has 35 years experience in road maintenance and construction, water and sewage systems, and landscaping. He assisted in building the original water system for the farm and is eager to take on the challenge of its redesign and refurbishment. Eric is President of the Nakusp Ski Club where he trains children with special needs from the local School District and acts as Head Coach for the Special Olympics Program at the Nakusp Ski Hill.


Dave Mang

Advisory Team Member

Dave is a Master Plumber whose career has spanned over 36 years. His skills and expertise include new work as well as remodeled service and repair in commercial, residential and municipal water and sewage treatment systems.

Brian Deobald

Advisory Team Member

Brian is an educator who demonstrates that learning is a lifelong process. He has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, a Diploma in Classroom Management, and a Certificate in Spiritual Healing. He teaches techniques through the spiritualist view of relaxation, meditation, and spiritual healing and has many volunteer roles throughout the community. Brian is part of the Sun Lodge Farms administration team.
